Villa "La Leopoldina" is a classic example for the style developed by the agrarian reform of the Grand Duke Leopold II of Habsburg Tuscany (1797 to 1870). It has been restored with a lot of esteem for its original style, and the same care was exercised when selecting the materials as for the Villa Il Forteto. Next to the Villa Il Forteto,  Villa La Leopoldina offers a view on the vineyards and olive groves in the hills and over Val d‘Arno.

The villa is suitable for disabled persons since it has a room with handicapped accessible bathroom as well as a side room for an attendant.

The lobby of the villa opens the view to a generous parlour with fireplace and adjacent dining room. This generous living and dining area extends along the southern facade and opens up onto a patio with a view over Val d'Arno.

Adjacent to the professionally equipped kitchen is a breakfast room.

For a wine tasting evening, e.g., the "Carnotzet" can be used in the cellar, a type of cellar bar with historic baking oven.

On the first floor there are four spacious bedrooms, each with own bathroom.

In the quietness of the old pigeonry, you enjoy a 360 degrees view over the Val d'Arno. Here, you can calmly retire, write, read, make or hear music.

In the Annex, there is a parlour with fireplace and a kitchenette. The two bedrooms have each their own bathroom and offer a magnificent view on the Val d'Arno.
